#223 Take pride in yourself

This is Sunday night and that usually means a recap of my week to see how awesome I was, but today I want to do it a little differently, today I want you to do back through your week and take something from each day that you are proud of. For some people this will be easier than others for others they will have to actually work out what pride is. I would love to hear from you, telling me what you came up with in your week that gives you a sense of pride in yourself.
