#261 Would sickness stop you?

My 1st head cold that I can remember had to land on legs day at the gym, also the day I had a free calls to do and a few clients to talk with. Guess what I decided to do with my day because of my head cold? Yes you guessed it, legs, calls and clients. My mind is stronger than my body and a hell of a lost stronger than the minds of the people who told me to rest up, have a break it won't hurt you. If you want it bad enough you will keep going , if you want to stop, life will give you loads of chances
