#308 Can you improve?

I once worked with a sporting client who avoided some competitions because they hated being on camera, everyone around them told them it would be fine and it wasnt that bad, but this did not help. The reason it didnt help was because it was a lie, they were actually really bad on camera, the people around them saying they were great was not a helpful thing to do. Once we worked together and I understood them as a competitor, I was able to come up with a great strategy to help them see it differently and overcome it.
