When you have a goal the best way of succeeding is to educate yourself on the subject.
If you were planning to go on a trip, I bet you would do some research, google the places, how to get there and how to get around, you would want to have the best possible trip ever.
Yet everyday people decide they are going to lose weight, gain muscle, become healthier, stronger, leaner, without setting a real plan in place.
Why are we so quick to give up on a goal before we have really given ourselves a chance to achieve it?
Why do people walk away from what they really want, for what they want right now?
You could say it is down to will power, consistency or just plain old laziness.
All of these aren’t tangible you can’t hold them in your hands, you can’t create them, you can only imagine how they feel to you.
Whereas I believe the real problem to be education, facts and understanding of the subject in which the goal resides.
Have you ever tired and failed in the past?
Have you ever looked at the real reason behind the failure?
Most people will only have looked at surface level.
