I once sailed a boat.

I truly believe the more you challenge yourself the faster you will grow, challenge forces you to dig deep if you want to come out the other side on top.

This is one of the hardest things that I have ever done in my life, one of the best things about it is can always look at a challenge and remind myself that this may be hard but it is not 9 days on a boat 😃
