Don't waste this time away, use it to get a better understanding of yourself and your situation and how you can change it.

Over my years of teaching different things I have noticed that the people who are more social tend to be a lot happier in their lives. I explained this in my Tai Chi class earlier today, what I love seeing more than the guys learning the movements and forms is the way they develop friendships and help one an other.

Today I got to perform for my p5 teachers school, it was awesome to be asked to do it and more so because they all really enjoyed it. I always try to add a little depth to what I am doing, I don't just do it because I can, I do it because I want to and because I can deliver a message that improves the lives of the people around me

When taking a leap of faith, I feel it is better to have faith in yourself rather than in the universe or some higher being. Know and believe in your own ability to achieve the things you want, while having the strength to deal with what ever comes up.

Take a few minutes and go back over your favourite podcasts and then take some action based on what I am talking about. Listening to them is great but you really need to act on them to make them be of any real use and to see any real change in your life.

This time of year can be very stressful for people as they try to buy gifts and come up with plans for the new year. For me I use these last few weeks of the year to set myself up to have the best start in the new year, this does not mean it will go perfectly but it will give me a better chance to deal with the problems that come up.
