#306 Do you remember your first time?

I was asked why I will continue with the podcast, when I have stopped everything else and it reminded me of the 1st time I ever set myself a real challenge.

#305 Self meetings are more productive.

Day 1 of no main stream social media has been great, the biggest benefit so far has been how much more productive my meetings with myself have become.

#304 This is Halloween

Halloween always reminds me of how much everyone came together in the park I grew up in. Yes it was to make a big fire but I still think it was always a great achievement. All the kids, including myself, who had been told we would never amount to anything all coming together to create something awesome out trash and trees. We all had certain jobs we were good at and things we had to do to bring the project together and we all did them, if teachers realised how much time and effort we put in l, maybe they would have realised that we all were capable we just needed different guidance.

When we fail we learn about ourselves, we learn how much we can take and what we really want.

#302 Facebook, The day I left.

Today I left facebook, one thing I found funny about it was the amount of people that told me they wish they could as well.

#301 Things will always improve

Over the weekend as I was compere for the world pole dance championships I told a few stories about my pole dance career and the fact that after watching these people all week end I didnt believe I was actually ever really pole dancing. I was making light of the situation and trying to make it sound funny but the message was was still there, over time things will improve and if you don't keep up with it you will be left behind. If you want to be great at anything you need to stay on top of the advancements.

No matter the excuse, once I set myself a challenge I will do my best to complete it. It is not over yet but I am moving closer.

#299 How do you speak to those around you?

Today I was compere at the World Pole Dance and Sport Championships, it was an incredible experience to see people at the top of their sport go out and give it their all. Something it made me think about is the environment we create for ourselves and the people around us and how we have the opportunity to make it better daily.

#298 The foundation must be laid.

Once you create a solid foundation, any challenge is automatically easier.

We do not always need to know the outcome or how the outcome was reached, to live a fulfilled life.
