Often I ask people what they love or even like doing in their lives. More times than you would think, the reply is 'I don't know' or ' How do O find something that I like?' The easy answer is try more things. The more of life you experience the more you will know you love and with that you can make a better decision on what you want to do. If you feel lost try every path.

This week I am off from heavy work in the gym as my body has told me to have a rest. It's always worth listening to your body, mentally and physically. When I say rest I do not mean completely move away from your goals, I meant step back, rest recover and maybe even work on something related.

Usually when people hire me they hire me to get away from a negative, instead of wanting to move towards a positive. My focus is always on setting up a positive view of the future, I want people to move towards pleasure instead of away from happiness. Which would you rather do?

Is 4 days enough to improve your life? I think that we proved that over the last 4 days, the feedback has been amazing from the people who got involved in the challenge. Making simple changes can make massive impact, I promise there was no magic, no secrets, just positive easy to follow changes.

Many years ago you would have decided the path you wanted you life to go in and back then when you were that person and you knew the things you knew, maybe it was the best decision for you. That does not mean you have to stay that way. We all live and grow, we learn new things, we learn more about ourselves and we learn from are successes and failures. Technology changes and advances, which opens new and different jobs and careers. I would rather move on and move forward, than stay where I feel I am stagnating.

When you put yourself in challenging positions throughout your life, you teach yourself how to adapt and overcome. We as humans are great at adapting, if you sit around all day doing nothing, you will adapt to that, if you run marathons or work out in the gym, your body will adapt to that. What would you want your body to adapt?

There are many reasons to procrastinate and most procrastinator's will use every one of them. Sometimes it comes across as lazy or unwillingness to take action. I think a lot of it boils down to fear. We are motivated by pleasure and pain, we tend to move towards pleasure and away from pain, that is why it is so so important to find a positive reason to do what ever it is you want to do. If you can find a big enough positive reason you can achieve anything.
