When I want to achieve something I visualise me having achieved it, if this end result does not make me want to achieve it even more then I question why I am even doing it. The goals have to be big but achievable, more importantly they have to touch you in a way that ignites the passion in you to really go for it. What is it you want to achieve and why?

If you can look up, you can get up. I like to think of this more in a mental way rather than a physical way. I have failed and fallen many times along the road to where I am and I know I will continue you to. Failure is only failure if you stop, if you can't keep going, not because it is impossible but because you choose too. We can all learn from our mistakes, we can all grow from our failures or we can quit. Which are you going to choose?

As Monday is the start of the 4 day challenge, I figured I would deliver a few early tips and challenges. Today's is to read more, I started reading late, around 16/17 years old, so I wasn't great at it and it took some time to learn how to improve and to read well, now I read a lot The point of mentioning that is because I know their are lots of people out there who feel they can not read well so they may as well not bother. If I can improve so can you. Reading is a great way to block out the world around you, slow time down and just be with yourself. I believe we all should focus daily on reading and preferable reading real books. I find that everyone has something they are great at that they over look. What is it that you overlook? Most of the time it is over looked because we don't see it as special, sometimes it is over looked because we are lacking in confidence. If you know what you are good at and feel confident with it, you can create some amazing things for yourself.

Is time really against you or are you afraid to take the necessary steps to more forward towards your goal? When I speak to clients about goals, time comes up a lot, there is never enough or I'm to old or I'm to young. Time or lack there of becomes the perfect excuse to do nothing. I know this 1st hand because of the amount of time I wasted not making the jump from a well paid comfortable safe job, to running my own business. It never seemed like the right time, until I finally said I've had enough. My 1st head cold that I can remember had to land on legs day at the gym, also the day I had a free calls to do and a few clients to talk with. Guess what I decided to do with my day because of my head cold? Yes you guessed it, legs, calls and clients. My mind is stronger than my body and a hell of a lost stronger than the minds of the people who told me to rest up, have a break it won't hurt you. If you want it bad enough you will keep going , if you want to stop, life will give you loads of chances

How do you be someone special when everyone around you believes you are just like them? Change the people around you. Become someone who helps the people around you become more positive or simply like the negative people go and create a new improved social circle.

1st of thank you all for liking, sharing and all the support, I just noticed we have passed the 6k mark whoop 😀 Today I ended up in a fairy forest walk, it was really nice, part of the walk had a fairy university, with a big book of dreams. This go me thinking about how if we only focus on our dreams that is all they will be. You need to turn your dream into a goal, your goal into a plan and finally you need to take action. What are you going to do this week to make this happen in your life?

I would love to hear the answers to these questions. What superpower would you choose? Why would you choose that one? I love learning about people, I find a good way to learn about people is to ask questions. When someone answers a question you ask you can gain a lot more information than just he answer. The words used and the tone of voice, the body language, pay attention to everything if you really want to learn about the person you are speaking with.
